Active Learning

The Centre for Teaching and Learning invites you to attend a workshop on exploring Active Learning. These workshops will be modelled on the flipped classroom approach with pre-learning activities and active, collaborative learning in the workshops.

• Tuesday 23 August 2016, 10am-Noon, room R1.68, Lismore
• Wednesday 24 August 2016, 10am-Noon, room B6.26, Gold Coast

Aspects covered include:

• active, collaborative and accountable learning
• pre-learning and in-class activities
• designing and delivering learning-centred activities
• a practical plan to implement active learning
• learning technologies for active learning
